Glow Bait Tips

Fish will generally either slam the heck out of a glow

color or not hit it all. With other colors, fish often seem

to be indifferent, following or even mouthing the bait

and then backing away. But with glow colors, it seems to

be an “all or nothing” deal. When it's the ALL

thing...need I say more. You may just need to try a

couple glow colors to see which one they prefer.

Glow colors also help you sight-fish in dirty water. You

will be able to see your bait farther down the hole when

sight-fishing if you use glow plastic.

Finally, something that you'll never hear from anyone

else. The metal-based powders in glow pigments show

up as extremely strong signals on your flasher. That

means that, in weedy conditions, you can turn your gain

down to see less weeds and more fish. :) Try it next time

you're out.
